Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)
Last updated: October 2026
1. Scope
These T&Cs apply to the use of the Fewral platform. By registering, you accept these terms. The operator is Fewral, Lenny Hyka, 8047 Zürich.
2. Service
Fewral offers an AI-powered platform for the automatic generation of short videos. The exact feature set depends on the selected plan.
3. Account & Credits
Registration is required to use the service. You are responsible for your access credentials. Videos are paid for with credits, which are credited monthly depending on the plan or can be purchased individually. Credits are not transferable and cannot be cashed out.
4. Subscriptions & Cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account under Subscriptions. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep your plan and its credits until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no refund for the current period and no further charges. At the end of that period, your plan changes to Free; credits already in your account remain usable. You can resume your subscription before it ends to renew it again. Prices are shown in CHF. No VAT is currently charged because the operator is not registered for VAT.
5. Payments
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Payment data (including any saved payment methods you choose to store) is held securely by Stripe and is not stored in our database. Stripe's T&Cs apply.
6. Refunds, prices & contact
Current plan and credit pack prices are shown at /#pricing and before payment. Unused credit pack purchases can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund or ask other questions, contact us using the details in the imprint at /impressum. Statutory rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
7. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU/EEA)
If you are a consumer resident in the EU or EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract for digital content or digital services within 14 days of conclusion without giving reasons. For credits and subscriptions, Fewral starts performance immediately after payment, because credits become available at once. By completing the purchase you expressly request that performance begins before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for digital content once performance has begun (e.g. as soon as credits are used). For a service that has started, you owe a proportionate amount for what was provided until withdrawal. To withdraw, send a clear statement (e.g. by email) to the contact address in the imprint. Our voluntary 14-day refund for unused credit packs applies in addition.
8. Rules of Use
You are responsible for the content you enter, upload, generate and publish with Fewral. You may only use stories, texts, audio, images and other material that you created yourself or are allowed to use, and you must not violate copyrights, trademarks, personality or privacy rights of others (for example by copying other people's posts or videos without permission or identifying private persons). You must comply with the terms and community rules of the platforms on which you publish (e.g. YouTube, TikTok), including their rules on labelling AI-generated or synthetic content. Fewral is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Reddit, YouTube, TikTok or any game publisher; "Reddit" describes a story video format. Generated videos may contain AI-generated voices and text; do not present them as statements of real persons. We may remove content or block your account in case of violations.
9. Publishing to YouTube and TikTok
During the beta, videos you publish to YouTube through Fewral are uploaded as private, and videos posted to TikTok are visible only to you ("only me"). You can change the visibility afterwards directly on the platform. You are responsible for what you make public.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. We give no warranty for the accuracy of AI-generated content. Availability of the platform is not guaranteed, especially during the beta. Mandatory statutory liability towards consumers remains unaffected.
11. Data Protection
Our privacy policy at /datenschutz applies.
12. Changes
We may change these T&Cs for valid reasons (e.g. new features, legal changes) and will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance, pointing out your right to object and the consequence of silence. If you do not object before the change takes effect, the new T&Cs apply; if you object, either party may terminate the contract.
13. Applicable Law
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Zürich. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain applicable and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
