Start with one repeatable promise
Choose a narrow topic and a consistent viewer payoff: a surprising story, a useful explanation, or a quick transformation. Consistency makes ideas easier to script and easier to recognize in a feed.
Write for retention, not word count
Open with the most specific tension you can state in one sentence. Cut greetings and throat-clearing. Every line should introduce a fact, raise a question, or resolve one.
Let audio carry the personality
A clear voiceover can make a channel feel consistent even when the visuals change. Pick one voice and pacing style, then vary emphasis rather than changing everything in every upload.
Use background motion as support
Gameplay, satisfying loops, and simple visual sequences work because they provide movement without competing with the narration. Keep the captions clear of the busiest part of the footage and of the platform's buttons.
Review the first and last seconds
The hook earns the next swipe; the ending earns the next video. Make sure the first frame contains context and the final line lands before the video cuts.
